How much does underdeck ceilings cost in Colorado?
Project cost depends on deck size, deck height, panel finish, and access. Most underdeck ceilings projects fall between $4,500 and $18,000. We provide a detailed itemized quote within 5 business days of your free on-site consult — no surprises.
How long does the install take?
Most projects complete in 3–5 working days with our in-house crew. Larger or multi-deck installs may take 7–10 days. We give you a firm schedule before the first material order.
Do you really offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes. Every panel, every install, for as long as you own the home — backed by a 22-year-old employee-owned company that has actually been around to honor it.
What about HOA approval?
We handle HOA documentation packets in most Front Range communities. Send us your HOA contact and we will provide spec sheets, color samples, and engineering data they typically require.
Can you service systems installed by other companies?
Yes. Our maintenance and cleaning teams service competitor systems too. If your existing underdeck is failing, we can also retrofit it with our system on the same framing in most cases.
