How much does underdeck maintenance cost in Colorado?
Pricing depends on the level of attention needed, overhead conditions, and maintenance history. Routine service is typically billed hourly, while systems with heavy debris buildup or long gaps between service may be priced based on square footage.
How long does maintenance service take?
Typically, service calls are scheduled within one week and most projects take anywhere from a couple of hours to a half day depending on scope.
Do you really offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes. Our zero fine print lifetime warranty covers your original ownership and is transferable to new ownership. We truly stand behind our work.
What about HOA approval?
We handle HOA documentation packets in most Front Range communities. Send us your HOA contact and we will provide spec sheets, color samples, and engineering data they typically require.
Can you service systems installed by other companies?
Yes. Our maintenance and cleaning teams service competitor systems too. If your existing underdeck is failing, we can also retrofit it with our system on the same framing in most cases.
