We stand behind both the materials and the performance of the system. That includes protection against defects in the galvanized steel, as well as the long-term performance of the sealants. If there’s ever a leak within our system area, we come out and take care of it—at no cost to you.
Our ceiling systems are built to handle real-world conditions—from heavy rainstorms to snowmelt and winter buildup—while maintaining a clean, dry space below.
No system is completely immune to debris over time. Leaves, dust, and runoff can make their way into any drainage system. The difference is how it’s handled. Our 16-inch wide panels—among the widest in the industry—create a larger pathway for debris to move through the system and exit through the downspouts, reducing the chance of buildup.
Just as important, the system is fully accessible. Panels can be removed, allowing homeowners or service teams to inspect, clean, and flush the system without tearing anything apart.
For added peace of mind, we offer a low-cost maintenance program tailored to your environment—whether that’s heavy tree coverage, roof runoff, or other conditions that may require periodic cleaning.
