Since 2004, Undercover Systems has been transforming the wasted space under Colorado decks into finished, weather-proof outdoor rooms. Our founder came into this business because its values matched his own — and he stayed long enough to pass ownership to the craftsmen building your project.

How We Build

Every Undercover project follows the same sequence. You know what is happening, when, and why — from the first phone call to the final walk-through.

Free on-site visit. We measure your deck, listen to how you want to use the space, and lay out what is possible beneath it.

A custom CAD layout with panel color, finish options, lighting, ceiling-fan placement, and drainage routing — so you approve every detail before we order a thing.

Our proprietary galvanized-steel panels are pre-finished to your spec and delivered ready to install. No field-cut mistakes. No rust in five years.

Our in-house crew completes most projects in three to five working days. Clean site at end of every shift. No sub-contracted surprises.

Final punch-list review, care instructions, and your lifetime warranty registration. We do not leave until you are ready to move the furniture in.

Since 2004 — that is how long they have been doing this, and it shows. The galvanized-steel panels look like a finished ceiling, the drainage is silent, and two Colorado winters later we have zero rust, zero sag. The space under our deck is now the favorite room in the house.
