Can the pergola include lighting?
Yes. We rough in a conduit run and junction box during the pergola install for ceiling fan or pendant fixture mounting. The electrical connection to your panel is a separate trade. We coordinate with an electrician or work alongside one you already have if the timing works.
Do you build pergolas that attach to the house?
Yes. Attached pergolas tie into the house structure at the ledger board and require flashing to prevent water intrusion where the attachment meets the siding or fascia. We handle the ledger connection and flashing as part of the install.
